This is the lowest record reached in the entire year, presenting a difference of +7.8 points (8.37%) with respect to the highest monthly value of 2019, which was 101 points.

In relation to the values of the previous year, in March 2019 there was a year-on-year decline of -5.86%, 5.8 points under the 99 pts reached in the same month of 2018.
