The highest monthly value achieved throughout the year of 100.7 points was 19.6% higgher than the selected month (+16.5 pts), while the lowest value during the period was 84, that is 0.24% lower than the 84.2 points of February 2009 (-0.2 pts).
In relation to the values of the previous year, in February 2009 there was a year-on-year decline of -34.22%, 43.8 points under the 128 pts reached in the same month of 2008.
