The record of this month was the highest value achieved throughout the year, with a difference of 24.94% above the lowest monthly value , that was 119.5 points (-29.8 pts).
In relation to the values of the previous year, in February 2012 there was a year-on-year decline of -18.15%, 33.1 points under the 182.4 pts reached in the same month of 2011.
