The record of this month was the highest value achieved throughout the year, with a difference of 18.64% above the lowest monthly value , that was 53.1 points (-9.9 pts).
In relation to the values of the previous year, in September 2003 there was a year-on-year increase of 15.81%, 8.6 points above the 54.4 pts reached in the same month of 2002.
