This is the lowest record reached in the entire year, presenting a difference of +6.9 points (12.43%) with respect to the highest monthly value of 2003, which was 62.4 points.

In relation to the values of the previous year, in March 2003 there was a year-on-year increase of 6.73%, 3.5 points above the 52 pts reached in the same month of 2002.
