The wholesale price of Salmon along the week from 26 September to 2 October 2016 reached the 7.06 euros per kilogram, which meant a decline of -0.84% in relation to price of the previous week, that was 7.12€/kg (-0.06€), and was placed a -10.66% under the annual average of 7.9€/kg recorded (-0.84€).

The highest weekly value achieved throughout the year of 10.31 euros was 46.03% higgher than the selected week (+3.25€), while the lowest value during the period was 5.83, that is 21.1% lower than the 7.06€/kg of 39th week of 2016 (-1.23€).

In relation to the values of the previous year, in 39th week of 2016 there was a year-on-year increase of 38.7%, 1.97 euros above the 5.09€ reached in the same week of 2015.

Regarding the retail price, this reached the 13.33 euros per kilogram, which meant an decline of -1.41% in relation to price of the previous week, that was 13.52€/kg (-0.19€), and was placed a 3.59% above the annual average of 12.87€/kg recorded (+0.46€).

The highest weekly value achieved throughout the year of 13.97 euros was 4.8% higgher than the selected week (+0.64€), while the lowest value during the period was 11.02, that is 20.96% lower than the 13.33€/kg of 39th week of 2016 (-2.31€).

In relation to the values of the previous year, in 39th week of 2016 there was a year-on-year increase of 20.42%, 2.26 euros above the 11.07€ reached in the same week of 2015.
