In relation to the values of the previous year, in 18th week of 2017 there was a year-on-year increase of 20.23%, 1.04 euros above the 5.14€ reached in the same week of 2016.
Retail Prices
Regarding the retail price, this reached the 10.33 euros per kilogram, which meant an decline of -0.67% in relation to price of the previous week, that was 10.4€/kg (-0.07€), and was placed a 1.96% above the annual average of 10.13€/kg recorded (+0.2€).
The highest weekly value achieved throughout the year of 10.57 euros was 2.32% higgher than the selected week (+0.24€), while the lowest value during the period was 9.38, that is 10.13% lower than the 10.33€/kg of 18th week of 2017 (-0.95€).
In relation to the values of the previous year, in 18th week of 2017 there was a year-on-year increase of 8.39%, 0.8 euros above the 9.53€ reached in the same week of 2016.
