The record of this month was the highest value achieved throughout the year, with a difference of 13.26% above the lowest monthly value , that was 69.4 points (-9.2 pts).
In relation to the values of the previous year, in December 2006 there was a year-on-year increase of 13.09%, 9.1 points above the 69.5 pts reached in the same month of 2005.
