The record of this month was the highest value achieved throughout the year, with a difference of 6.27% above the lowest monthly value , that was 65.4 points (-4.1 pts).
In relation to the values of the previous year, in December 2005 there was a year-on-year increase of 5.95%, 3.9 points above the 65.6 pts reached in the same month of 2004.
