The record of this month was the highest value achieved throughout the year, with a difference of 50.95% above the lowest monthly value , that was 36.9 points (-18.8 pts).
In relation to the values of the previous year, in February 2003 there was a year-on-year increase of 37.53%, 15.2 points above the 40.5 pts reached in the same month of 2002.
