The record of this month was the highest value achieved throughout the year, with a difference of 16.76% above the lowest monthly value , that was 53.7 points (-9 pts).

In relation to the values of the previous year, in December 1991 there was a year-on-year increase of 19.2%, 10.1 points above the 52.6 pts reached in the same month of 1990.
