The record of this month was the highest value achieved throughout the year, with a difference of 12.99% above the lowest monthly value , that was 66.2 points (-8.6 pts).
In relation to the values of the previous year, in September 2006 there was a year-on-year increase of 2.19%, 1.6 points above the 73.2 pts reached in the same month of 2005.
