The record of this month was the highest value achieved throughout the year, with a difference of 13.73% above the lowest monthly value , that was 75 points (-10.3 pts).
In relation to the values of the previous year, in August 2009 there was a year-on-year decline of -16.21%, 16.5 points under the 101.8 pts reached in the same month of 2008.
