The FAO Food Price Index of the month of November 2020 reached the 105.6 points, which meant an increase of 4.14% in relation to previous mensual index of October, that was 101.4 points (+4.2 pts), and was placed a 7.62% above the annual average of 98.13 points recorded (+7.47 pts).
The highest monthly value achieved throughout the year of 108.6 points was 2.84% higgher than the selected month (+3 pts), while the lowest value during the period was 91.1, that is 15.92% lower than the 105.6 points of November 2020 (-14.5 pts).
In relation to the values of the previous year, in November 2020 there was a year-on-year increase of 7.1%, 7 points above the 98.6 pts reached in the same month of 2019.
