This is the lowest record reached in the entire year, presenting a difference of +6.8 points (7.38%) with respect to the highest monthly value of 2018, which was 99 points.

In relation to the values of the previous year, in November 2018 there was a year-on-year decline of -6.77%, 6.7 points under the 98.9 pts reached in the same month of 2017.
