The wholesale price of Salmon along the week from 27 November to 3 December 2017 reached the 5.18 euros per kilogram, which meant a decline of -11.15% in relation to price of the previous week, that was 5.83€/kg (-0.65€), and was placed a -32.39% under the annual average of 7.66€/kg recorded (-2.48€).

This is the lowest record reached in the entire year, presenting a difference of +5.43€/kg (104.83%) with respect to the highest weekly value of 2017, which was 10.61 euros.

In relation to the values of the previous year, in 48th week of 2017 there was a year-on-year decline of -35.41%, 2.84 euros under the 8.02€ reached in the same week of 2016.

Regarding the retail price, this reached the 13.62 euros per kilogram, which meant a decline of -1.59% in relation to price of the previous week, that was 13.84€/kg (-0.22€), and was placed a -2.89% under the annual average of 14.03€/kg recorded (-0.41€).

The highest weekly value achieved throughout the year of 14.46 euros was 6.17% higgher than the selected week (+0.84€), while the lowest value during the period was 12.28, that is 10.91% lower than the 13.62€/kg of 48th week of 2017 (-1.34€).

In relation to the values of the previous year, in 48th week of 2017 there was a year-on-year increase of 0.52%, 0.07 euros above the 13.55€ reached in the same week of 2016.
