The wholesale price of Salmon along the week from 11 to 17 of April 2022 reached the 11.77 euros per kilogram, which meant an increase of 14.94% in relation to price of the previous week, that was 10.24€/kg (+1.53€), and was placed a 20.99% above the annual average of 9.73€/kg recorded (+2.04€).
The highest weekly value achieved throughout the year of 14.33 euros was 21.75% higgher than the selected week (+2.56€), while the lowest value during the period was 7.71, that is 52.66% lower than the 11.77€/kg of 15th week of 2022 (-4.06€).
In relation to the values of the previous year, in 15th week of 2022 there was a year-on-year increase of 48.61%, 3.85 euros above the 7.92€ reached in the same week of 2021.
