The origin price of Albacore along the week from 11 to 17 of September 2017 reached the 5.18 euros per kilogram, which meant an increase of 46.74% in relation to price of the previous week, that was 3.53€/kg (+1.65€), and was placed a 17.97% above the annual average of 4.39€/kg recorded (+0.79€).
The highest weekly value achieved throughout the year of 7.85 euros was 51.54% higgher than the selected week (+2.67€), while the lowest value during the period was 1.25, that is 314.4% lower than the 5.18€/kg of 37th week of 2017 (-3.93€).
In relation to the values of the previous year, in 37th week of 2017 there was a year-on-year increase of 17.46%, 0.77 euros above the 4.41€ reached in the same week of 2016.
Wholesale Prices
Regarding the wholesale price, this reached the 7.44 euros per kilogram, which meant an increase of 19.42% in relation to price of the previous week, that was 6.23€/kg (+1.21€), and was placed a 10.27% above the annual average of 6.75€/kg recorded (+0.69€).
The highest weekly value achieved throughout the year of 9.15 euros was 22.98% higgher than the selected week (+1.71€), while the lowest value during the period was 5.2, that is 43.08% lower than the 7.44€/kg of 37th week of 2017 (-2.24€).
In relation to the values of the previous year, in 37th week of 2017 there was a year-on-year increase of 23.38%, 1.41 euros above the 6.03€ reached in the same week of 2016.
Retail Prices
Regarding the retail price, this reached the 11.07 euros per kilogram, which meant a decline of -0.45% in relation to price of the previous week, that was 11.12€/kg (-0.05€), and was placed a -2.51% under the annual average of 11.36€/kg recorded (-0.29€).
The highest weekly value achieved throughout the year of 12.56 euros was 13.46% higgher than the selected week (+1.49€), while the lowest value during the period was 10.68, that is 3.65% lower than the 11.07€/kg of 37th week of 2017 (-0.39€).
