The origin price of Albacore along the week from 16 to 22 of May 2011 reached the 3.91 euros per kilogram, which meant a decline of -2.25% in relation to price of the previous week, that was 4€/kg (-0.09€), and was placed a -16.4% under the annual average of 4.68€/kg recorded (-0.77€).

The highest weekly value achieved throughout the year of 7.4 euros was 89.26% higgher than the selected week (+3.49€), while the lowest value during the period was 2.51, that is 55.78% lower than the 3.91€/kg of 20th week of 2011 (-1.4€).

In relation to the values of the previous year, in 20th week of 2011 there was a year-on-year increase of 15.34%, 0.52 euros above the 3.39€ reached in the same week of 2010.
