The highest weekly value achieved throughout the year of 9.46 euros was 32.31% higgher than the selected week (+2.31€), while the lowest value during the period was 5.37, that is 33.15% lower than the 7.15€/kg of 15th week of 2018 (-1.78€).
In relation to the values of the previous year, in 15th week of 2018 there was a year-on-year increase of 12.42%, 0.79 euros above the 6.36€ reached in the same week of 2017.
Retail Prices
Regarding the retail price, this reached the 13.33 euros per kilogram, which meant an increase of 2.62% in relation to price of the previous week, that was 12.99€/kg (+0.34€), and was placed a 1.05% above the annual average of 13.19€/kg recorded (+0.14€).
The highest weekly value achieved throughout the year of 14.81 euros was 11.1% higgher than the selected week (+1.48€), while the lowest value during the period was 11.88, that is 12.21% lower than the 13.33€/kg of 15th week of 2018 (-1.45€).
In relation to the values of the previous year, in 15th week of 2018 there was a year-on-year increase of 22.41%, 2.44 euros above the 10.89€ reached in the same week of 2017.
