Origin Prices
The origin middle value of the Agricultural Price Index along the week from 1 to 7 of February 2010 reached the 0.559 euros, which meant an increase of 11.58% in relation to price of the previous week, that was 0.5€ (+0.06€), and was placed a 10.04% above the annual average of 0.51€ recorded (+0.05€).
The highest weekly value achieved throughout the year of 0.76 euros was 36.14% higgher than the selected week (+0.2€), while the lowest value during the period was 0.37, that is 49.87% lower than the 0.559€ of 5th week of 2010 (-0.19€).
In relation to the values of the previous year, in 5th week of 2010 there was a year-on-year decline of -7.14%, 0.04 euros under the 0.6€ reached in the same week of 2009.
Wholesale Prices
Regarding the wholesale average, this reached the 0.988 euros, which meant an increase of 10.02% in relation to price of the previous week, that was 0.9€ (+0.09€), and was placed a 14.22% above the annual average of 0.87€ recorded (+0.12€).
The highest weekly value achieved throughout the year of 1.15 euros was 15.99% higgher than the selected week (+0.16€), while the lowest value during the period was 0.72, that is 36.46% lower than the 0.988€ of 5th week of 2010 (-0.26€).
In relation to the values of the previous year, in 5th week of 2010 there was a year-on-year decline of -4.91%, 0.05 euros under the 1.04€ reached in the same week of 2009.
Retail Prices
Regarding the retail average, this reached the 1.663 euros, which meant an increase of 0.6% in relation to price of the previous week, that was 1.65€ (+0.01€), and was placed a 0.54% above the annual average of 1.65€ recorded (+0.01€).
The highest weekly value achieved throughout the year of 1.77 euros was 6.49% higgher than the selected week (+0.11€), while the lowest value during the period was 1.58, that is 5.05% lower than the 1.663€ of 5th week of 2010 (-0.08€).
In relation to the values of the previous year, in 5th week of 2010 there was a year-on-year decline of -11.07%, 0.21 euros under the 1.87€ reached in the same week of 2009.
