The origin middle value of the Food Prices Index along the week from 13 to 19 of February 2023 reached the 2.497 euros, which meant an increase of 0.4% in relation to price of the previous week, that was 2.49€ (+0.01€), and was placed a 11.77% above the annual average of 2.23€ recorded (+0.26€).

The highest weekly value achieved throughout the year of 2.59 euros was 3.84% higgher than the selected week (+0.1€), while the lowest value during the period was 1.63, that is 53.28% lower than the 2.497€ of 7th week of 2023 (-0.87€).

In relation to the values of the previous year, in 7th week of 2023 there was a year-on-year increase of 16.63%, 0.36 euros above the 2.14€ reached in the same week of 2022.

Regarding the wholesale average, this reached the 3.678 euros, which meant an increase of 0.88% in relation to price of the previous week, that was 3.65€ (+0.03€), and was placed a 1.97% above the annual average of 3.61€ recorded (+0.07€).

The highest weekly value achieved throughout the year of 4.06 euros was 10.49% higgher than the selected week (+0.39€), while the lowest value during the period was 3.34, that is 10.15% lower than the 3.678€ of 7th week of 2023 (-0.34€).

In relation to the values of the previous year, in 7th week of 2023 there was a year-on-year increase of 10.38%, 0.35 euros above the 3.33€ reached in the same week of 2022.
