The wholesale price of Trout along the week from 16 to 22 of July 2018 reached the 4.02 euros per kilogram, which meant a decline of -0.99% in relation to price of the previous week, that was 4.06€/kg (-0.04€), and was placed a -5.03% under the annual average of 4.23€/kg recorded (-0.21€).

This is the lowest record reached in the entire year, presenting a difference of +0.75€/kg (18.66%) with respect to the highest weekly value of 2018, which was 4.77 euros.

In relation to the values of the previous year, in 29th week of 2018 there was a year-on-year decline of -1.47%, 0.06 euros under the 4.08€ reached in the same week of 2017.

Regarding the retail price, this reached the 6.94 euros per kilogram, which meant an increase of 1.76% in relation to price of the previous week, that was 6.82€/kg (+0.12€), and was placed a 3.2% above the annual average of 6.73€/kg recorded (+0.22€).

The record of this week was the highest value achieved throughout the year, with a difference of 5.79% above the lowest weekly value , that was 6.56€/kg (-0.38€).

In relation to the values of the previous year, in 29th week of 2018 there was a year-on-year increase of 9.81%, 0.62 euros above the 6.32€ reached in the same week of 2017.
