The wholesale price of Salmon along the week from 20 to 26 of February 2023 reached the 11.28 euros per kilogram, which meant an increase of 15.1% in relation to price of the previous week, that was 9.8€/kg (+1.48€), and was placed a 8.51% above the annual average of 10.4€/kg recorded (+0.88€).
The highest weekly value achieved throughout the year of 13.78 euros was 22.16% higgher than the selected week (+2.5€), while the lowest value during the period was 7.54, that is 49.6% lower than the 11.28€/kg of 8th week of 2023 (-3.74€).
In relation to the values of the previous year, in 8th week of 2023 there was a year-on-year increase of 9.2%, 0.95 euros above the 10.33€ reached in the same week of 2022.
