The origin price of Albacore along the week from 22 to 28 of May 2023 reached the 9.05 euros per kilogram. This 9.05€/kg are placed a 79.56% above the annual average of 5.04€/kg recorded (+4.01€).

The record of this week was the highest value achieved throughout the year, with a difference of 352.5% above the lowest weekly value , that was 2€/kg (-7.05€).

In relation to the values of the previous year, in 21th week of 2023 there was a year-on-year increase of 17.69%, 1.36 euros above the 7.69€ reached in the same week of 2022.

Regarding the wholesale price, this reached the 7.01 euros per kilogram, which meant a decline of -15.34% in relation to price of the previous week, that was 8.28€/kg (-1.27€), and was placed a -1.18% under the annual average of 7.09€/kg recorded (-0.08€).

The highest weekly value achieved throughout the year of 12.89 euros was 83.88% higgher than the selected week (+5.88€), while the lowest value during the period was 5.08, that is 37.99% lower than the 7.01€/kg of 21th week of 2023 (-1.93€).

In relation to the values of the previous year, in 21th week of 2023 there was a year-on-year decline of -23.89%, 2.2 euros under the 9.21€ reached in the same week of 2022.
