The highest monthly value achieved throughout the year of 78.6 points was 4.94% higgher than the selected month (+3.7 pts), while the lowest value during the period was 69.4, that is 7.93% lower than the 74.9 points of October 2006 (-5.5 pts).
In relation to the values of the previous year, in October 2006 there was a year-on-year increase of 7.93%, 5.5 points above the 69.4 pts reached in the same month of 2005.
