The record of this month was the highest value achieved throughout the year, with a difference of 68.5% above the lowest monthly value , that was 81.6 points (-55.9 pts).
In relation to the values of the previous year, in October 2016 there was a year-on-year increase of 59.7%, 51.4 points above the 86.1 pts reached in the same month of 2015.
