The highest monthly value achieved throughout the year of 50.2 points was 19.81% higgher than the selected month (+8.3 pts), while the lowest value during the period was 33.3, that is 25.83% lower than the 41.9 points of October 1999 (-8.6 pts).
In relation to the values of the previous year, in October 1999 there was a year-on-year decline of -9.31%, 4.3 points under the 46.2 pts reached in the same month of 1998.
