This is the lowest record reached in the entire year, presenting a difference of +6.9 points (10.82%) with respect to the highest monthly value of 2004, which was 70.7 points.

In relation to the values of the previous year, in February 2004 there was a year-on-year increase of 17.93%, 9.7 points above the 54.1 pts reached in the same month of 2003.
